Following the recent announcement made by the government on the 23rd of March to tackle the coronavirus outbreak, it is with a heavy heart that we will be closing temporarily for the next 3 weeks as a result of this announcement until we receive further guidance from the government.
We will continue to follow government guidelines in this situation to ensure we take all the necessary steps to protect our team and our customers.
Our business insurance does not cover us for loss of earnings because COVID-19 is not on any insurers’ list of diseases. The financial burden on us will be enormous.
Our policy moving forwards in this situation for guests affected is to move/post-pone the reservation to a new date. We also advise to check your travel insurance policy that we advise you take in our terms and conditions upon booking should you wish to cancel.
We also want to thank all our customers for the messages of support and flexibility in what is undoubtedly the biggest challenge our proud business has ever faced.
