The coronavirus has created a period of challenge and uncertainty for many of us, and it’s very tricky to gauge whether or not we are out of the woods yet, we can only hope and keep positive that the situation will only keep improving.
Since late March we followed the government guidelines and closed Mill Farm to customers until further notice. To say the site has been quiet has been an understatement and not exactly what we have been used to! We have remained busy in the lockdown period with the farm remaining active and improvements being made to Mill Farm.
With lockdown measures now easing off, we do have more of an idea of when we can expect to open. With the government advising that the hospitality sector is likely to resume in July we can confirm that bookings are being taken again from July onwards.
We understand that there is a risk, and should the worst case scenario occur and lockdown is re-imposed we have a plan. So for existing bookings all final balance payments will be delayed until late June when we will know for sure what is happening, this avoids any unnecassary money transactions.
It has always been our highest priority to ensure each and every customer is looked after before and during this period, which is why you can book with confidence moving forwards.
We are always happy to answer any questions you might have and we look forward to seeing you in the summer! (fingers crossed).
